In Ruth 2:2, it tells that to get some food in Bethlehem, Ruth went to the fields to pick up wheat kernels that may have fallen as they gathered the wheat. A man named Boaz came by and noticed Ruth. She told him her story and he offered to help. In Ruth 3:9-10 He asked Ruth to marry him, and he would buy Naomi’s family’s
land for them. At the wedding there was a guest that you will remember. Boaz’s mother was Rahab. Did you know that?
Little miracles happened for Naomi and Ruth because they trusted that God would lead them where they needed to be. God works little miracles in our lives even though we can’t see them. The greatest miracle is in Jesus who gives us His life and His love so that we know how much God loves us. Well Boaz and Ruth had a baby later and they named him Obed.
This Christmas season notice the little things that make you feel God’s love. Those little things are miracles and God says His love is unconditional, unchanging, uncontainable, unending, and unfailing. He will always send miracles to help you remember how much He loves you. Look for the Baby of the season that is God’s perfect miracle.
